For a romantic city break, Venice is the ultimate destination. It is almost impossible trying to describe Venice in a few short sentences. However, our beautifully located apartment with stunning views over looking the Giudecca, will give you an ideal location from which to explore.

For a couple looking for seclusion but without the limitations of a hotel room, our apartment offers an intimate and private residence from which to experience this magical city.

Our luxury apartment, situated in the Dorsoduro area and just a one minute walk from the San Basilio boat stop has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. It is the top flat (3rd floor) of a detached building. Perhaps unusually for a Venetian apartment, it is very bright and airy as there are large windows on both sides of the building allowing the sunshine to stream in throughout the day as the sun moves across the sky. Then to top it off, it boasts the most wonderful panoramic roof terrace.

The apartment consists of;

- A large private roof terrace
- 1 double bedroom with king size bed
- Fully equipped kitchen
- A large sitting room with sofa bed
- SKY Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and radio
- Dining area
- Shower room with loo, bidet and basin and hairdryer
- Air conditioning and central heating
- Washing machine
- Iron and ironing board
- Mosquito screens on the windows

This apartment was a real find for us, often described as ‘a secret jewel hidden in the heart of Venice’. We love staying here, not only because to us Venice is a very special place but every time we return we discover something else. Whether it is another fabulous restaurant, a new exhibition or simply another route to the market stalls! There is always something to offer at all times of year for the discerning traveller. There are many festivals and carnivals. The main carnival is an unmissable 10 day extravaganza that takes place over the city as a countdown to Lent, culminating on Shrove Tuesday (40 days before Easter).
